Byala sea view appartments

Byala has a population of 2.330 people, it is a small traditional Bulgarian settlement located between Varna and Burgas International Airports, which makes it an attractive and easy to reach tourist destination. Famous for its crystal blue sea and sandy beaches and its thriving wine industry, Byala is becoming a much sought after residential area.   

Only 50 km south from the Bulgarian Sea capital Varna and lying just 70 km north of the town of Burgas, its panoramic views make it the perfect spot for a flexible holiday or for wise investors. During the last few years Byala have developed very fast and at the moment it is a desired vacation spot for many tourists in the summer.

There are many factors that determine this such as the town’s good location, the 15 km long beach with very fine sand which is 10 to 50 meters wide. There are many beaches in the vicinity, some of them still virgin and unknown to most of the people.

The Bulgarian Black Sea coast provides 11 “Blue Flag” beaches along its 354km length.

Within the next years Byala should benefit from a newly refurbished port and promenade.

The construction of the second yacht port will be ready by October, 2008. The capacity of the yacht port is planned to be about 180-230 vessels with a maximum length of 25m and a draught of 3m each.

There are also plans for an international standard 18 hole golf course and which will be situated at 4km from Byala.

Already Byala is being tipped as one of the newest and most exclusive holiday areas in Bulgaria over the next coming years.
