  • Payment plan

    A reservation fee of €3.000,- must be paid to reserve an apartment.

    The full purchase price must be paid within 30 days of date of reservation of the property. The reservation fee will be reimbursed when the purchase price has been received in the owner's bank account.

    Exclusive investor packages are offered to investors who wish to make a multiple property purchase.

    Exclusive Investor package 1.

     This package consists of:

    • Buying any combination of two apartments:
    • Price of apartment 10 is €95.000,- (VAT included)
    • Price of apartment 11 is €95.000,- (VAT included)
    • Deposit €3.000,- (VAT included) to confirm reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
    • A fixed payment plan 60% - 40%. First payment of 60%, when signing the preliminary contract for purchasing the two apartments and 40% upon signing the Notary deed.
    • A discount will be given of 5% on each of the two selected apartments.

    The savings on two apartments represents €9.500,-.

     

    Exclusive Investor package 2.

    This package consists of:

    • Buying three apartments(VAT included):
    • Price of apartment 10 is €95.000,- (VAT included)
    • Price of apartment 11 is €95.000,- (VAT included)
    • Price of apartment 12 is €95.000,- (VAT included)
    • Deposit €3.000,- (VAT included) to confirm reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
    • 100 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at signature of the purchase contract which will be drawn up within a maximum of 10 days after the deposit is paid.
    • A discount of 10% will be given on each of the three apartments.
